Fluid injection technology (FIT), which includes gas injection technology (GIT) and liquid injection technology (WIT), is primarily used for moulding components with thick-walled areas, partially reinforced and ribbed structures, or parts where the core must be hollow. This technology significantly reduces the weight of the parts and ensures their mechanical resistance. Furthermore, quality is enhanced, sometimes with significantly faster cycles – especially for components with thick-walled areas. Thanks to the flexible SELOGICA control system, the fluid processing process is carried out without any problems using ALLROUNDER.

All ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines can be equipped with a device for fluid injection and a special interface. The machine control system allows switching from material injection to gas or water injection as standard, as a function of time, stroke or pressure.
