FREEFORMER
Freeformer 200-3X
In order to meet the requirements for e.g. multiple versions and individual products, ARBURG has developed the additive ARBURG Plastic Freeforming (APF) process and the FREEFORMER as an alternative to injection moulding. You can use the FREEFORMER to produce one-off parts or small batches from qualified standard granulates without using a mould, directly from 3D CAD software. The production process can be adapted to individual requirements in terms of adjusting the slicing, droplet size and process control to influence the workflow layer by layer. Clean room production is also possible.
