Centralised drying systems
Centralised material drying systems are divided into Viewer, Antistress and Flowmatik system.
The Viewer system is a basic material drying system where materials are dried in multiple insulated hoppers. Each hopper has the ability to set its own drying temperature, but there is no regulation of air flow and the dryer is constantly running at full capacity (dried air flow).
Antistress sytem is a material drying system where materials are dried in multiple insulated hoppers and each hopper has the ability to set its own drying temperature. When the permissible moisture level in the material is reached, the air flow to the dryer tank for that material is reduced. With this system, there is the possibility of “protecting” the material from overheating, as it reduces the flow of dried and heated air through the material. Antistress system is an upgrade of the Viewer system.
The Flowmatic system is a state-of-the-art material drying system where materials are dried in multiple insulated hoppers and each hopper has the ability to set its own drying temperature. When the permissible moisture level in the material is reached, the air flow into the dryer tank is reduced. If the maximum air flow from the dryer is not required, the dryer itself reduces its air capacity and thus saves energy. Everything is regulated via sensors and automatic valves. The Flowmatic system is an upgrade of the Antistress system.
