MULTILIFT

For demanding tasks ARBURG has developed a variety of MULTILIFT robot systems which are characterised by a high degree of flexibility. In addition to the sprue separation and parts pull out, depending on the MULTILIFT version, it is possible to perform very complex operations such as pull out inserts and parts disposal. These versions and different actions are not mutually exclusive, but complementary.

The MULTILIFT H enters the mould horizontally from the rear of the machine, leaving an empty space above the clamping unit. Another major advantage is the reduction of the number of axes movements, resulting in a shorter and faster strokes and the possibility of shortening the cycle.

 

The MULTILIFT V is positioned above the machine and enters the mould vertically. Thanks to the numerous gripper connection options, you can reliably implement any insertion and removal task. It is used for highly complex insertion, extraction and disposal.
